【Information】Google pushes image compression black technology: 75% smaller size, no loss in quality

Describe：In order to save precious bandwidth, Google will recently promote a new image compression technology called RASIR. Google officially stated that thanks to RASIR technology, each image can save 75% of the bandwidth. This technology will be used first on Google+, which can process about 1 billion images per week.
為了節省寶貴的帶寬，谷歌最近將力推壹種名為RASIR的全新圖像壓縮技術。效果堪稱黑科技，官方號稱能將體積減少75%，但畫質基本不減。
RASIR的全稱為“快速且精準的超級圖像分辨率”（Rapid and Accurate Super Image Resolution），它可以從高分辨圖像中進行學習，然後在低分辨圖像中根據學到的算法來模擬補回額外的細節，這樣就能創建出比原圖更省流量的復制版圖片，同時還能保證畫質基本不減。
谷歌官方稱，得益於RASIR技術，每張圖片可節省75%帶寬，該技術將優先在Google+上使用，每周可以處理大概10億張圖片。
